Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 7–14 business days (U.S.)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping may be offered on select orders — keep an eye on our website for current offers.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Delays
While we work with trusted fulfillment partners and carriers, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or customs processing. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping and processing timeframes.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Moodî is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@moodi.store and include your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you promptly.

8. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Moodî has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
