1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@moodi.store or through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe, please:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Then contact us at support@moodi.store for further assistance
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one. Contact us and we'll help you find the best solution.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. We are committed to fair resolutions and will assist you as best as possible.
